The natural phenomenon of corrosion is every Operators nightmare and the constant battle remains endless to keep pipelines in good operating condition.

To replicate factory conditions out in the field is almost Impossible and more often the conventional epoxy coatings are not at fault but factor in poor applications and surface prep in extreme environmental conditions where chlorides are almost always present will result in accelerated coating breakdown.

But if we simply remove 1 of the corrosion triangles elements then we stop or arrest corrosion.
